Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing or using Zexius, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you use Zexius on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it to these terms.

2. What Zexius is

Zexius is a management and workflow tool for projects, construction, and interiors: it organizes projects, rooms, items, options and proposals, suppliers, purchases and payments, documents, and shared tracking with clients through the portal.

3. Eligibility and accounts

To use Zexius you need to create an account with email and password or sign in with Google, confirm your email when required, and have capacity to contract the service. Each person should keep only the accounts needed and protect their credentials.

4. Organizations and users

Work in Zexius is organized by organizations. Members have roles (such as owner, admin, editor, viewer, or client) that define what each person can see and do. Team and client invites are managed inside the platform.

5. Account responsibility

You are responsible for activities carried out with your account, for keeping your password safe, and for keeping your registration data up to date. Notify us through official channels if you suspect unauthorized use.

6. Permitted use

You may use Zexius to manage your organization's projects and workflows, invite members and clients, record information, upload files, and track construction work and deliveries through the available features.

7. Prohibited use

You may not:

• Break the law or infringe third-party rights.
• Attempt to access data, accounts, or areas of the service without authorization.
• Interfere with the security, availability, or operation of the platform.
• Submit unlawful or offensive content or content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Use the service for purposes unrelated to managing your projects and workflows.

8. Content you enter

You and your organization keep all rights to the projects, documents, files, and other content entered in Zexius. Zexius acquires no ownership over client content.

9. Technical license to operate the service

To provide the service, you grant Zexius only the technical rights needed to store, process, transmit, display, and generate technical derivatives of your content (such as thumbnails and operational copies), to the extent necessary to operate the requested features. This license ends when the content is deleted, except for backup copies and operational logs.

10. Zexius intellectual property

The platform, including software, brand, layout, and institutional texts, belongs to Zexius or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. These terms transfer no Zexius intellectual property rights to you beyond the right to use the service.

11. Third-party services and integrations

Zexius relies on third-party services for authentication, database, hosting, and file storage, plus Google sign-in and on-demand URL import when requested. External content or services eventually referenced are the responsibility of the respective third parties.

12. Availability and service changes

We work to keep Zexius available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be updated, changed, or discontinued; material changes will be communicated through official channels.

13. Backups and storage

We maintain operational backup routines but make no service-level commitment regarding retention, restoration, or availability of copies. Keep your own copies of essential files and information.

14. Nature of the information

Costs, estimates, forecasts, proposals, timelines, decisions, and reports shown in Zexius depend on data entered and operations performed by users. Zexius organizes and processes this information but does not act as a financial advisor, responsible engineer or architect, auditor, or supplier, nor does it guarantee construction budgets or timelines.

15. Cancellation and termination

You may stop using Zexius at any time. Account or organization deletion is handled through official channels, subject to applicable permissions. Content shared with other members or clients may remain accessible to them until deleted.

16. Suspension for abuse or security

We may suspend or terminate accounts in case of violation of these terms, abusive use, fraud, or risk to the security of the service or third parties, always proportionally to the situation.

17. Service limitations

Zexius is provided as is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those described in these terms regarding specific outcomes of using the platform.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zexius is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on information recorded by users in the platform. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow to be limited.

19. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated to reflect service or legal changes. The current version will always be on this page, with the update date. Continued use after material changes implies agreement with the new version.
